Civil Marriage Ceremonies

Many immigrants, in order to qualify for specific immigration benefits, need to get legally married.  At our firm, we can assist you in that process.  Each county has specific rules and requirements for granting a marriage license, and often, there is no one that speaks Spanish at the county courthouse.  We can guide you through the process of applying for the marriage license.

Additionally, as an ordained minister through American Marriage Ministries, I can perform the marriage ceremony.  Of course, I am fluent in Spanish, so the ceremony can be conducted in Spanish, as needed.  

Finally, once the ceremony is complete, we assist you in returning the marriage certificate to the local courthouse so that you can get the certified copy that is required for immigration benefits.
